A bull fight competition was held on the Wengli River in the Meiying
Bridge dam section in Taijiang County, Qiandongnan (southeast Guizhou)
Autonomous Prefecture where the Miao minority ethnic group's "sister's
festival" opened on Apr. 8. The bulls had fierce fights in the water, and
many of them fought to death. This competition will last three days with
an extremely heated atmosphere.
