Dancers from the deaf-mute school of Henan's Luoning County were
rehearsing on April 12. Twelve students of this school will visit Hong
Kong for a four-day performance and communication event. Since
established over ten years ago, this school has developed into an
ever-growing school of unique characteristics devoted to special
education in west Henan Province.
