Zhang Jian completes Ling-Ding sea swimming

Chinese swimmer Zhang Jian (C) from Beijing celebrates his conquest of
Ling-Ding sea (the sea between Hong Kong and Macao) on Sept. 22, 2005.
Zhang, the first Chinese person to swim across the 33.8 kilometre (21
mile) English Channel, finished the 35-kilometre-wide (22-mile-wide)
Ling-Ding sea swimming journey in around 11 hours on Thursday.
