Ancient-style wedding held in Shenyang

In the streets of Shenyang, a bridegroom in ancient-style red wedding
costume looked majestic on a stately horse while the bride was shyly
sitting in the red bridal sedan chair carried by eight men on Sept. 11.

Upon the appearance of this ingenious ancient-style wedding ceremony,
hundreds of Shenyang citizens, who are complete strangers to the couple,
gathered around and congratulated the bridegroom incessantly. The
bridegroom smiled and saluted with folded hands in return. Many
passers-by also fought to see the appearance of the bride on the way.
